Rosemary Lemon Salt

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup coarse sea salt
  • 3 tablespoons fresh Rosemary chopped
  • Zest of 1 lemon grated

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 110 degrees C (230 degrees F).
  2. finely chop the rosemary leaves and zest a lemon.
  3. Add the sea salt, rosemary and lemon zest to a blender. Pulse until everything is well mixed.
  4. Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven
  6. Let it cool for 5 minutes and store the rosemary-lemon sea salt in an airtight jar or container.
  7. Let sit overnight before use for flavoring.
  8. Label. Shelf life is up to one year

Good night bath soak

In a mixing bowl combine a half of a cup dead sea salt, and rose sugar. Stir and add 10 drops of lavender essential oil, and 6 drops of rose essential oil.

Stir well then add in a fourth of a cup of lavender buds to the bath soak mixture. Fill it in an airtight jar and store it until use

Natural Diaper Cream

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Sanitize the containers you will be using for the diaper cream.
  • Grate beeswax into small pieces with a cheese grater.
  • Drop in a few drops of Vitamin E into a saucepan
  • Melt coconut oil, shea butter, beeswax, vitamin E oil and lavender oil over medium low heat until completely melted while stirring.
  • Transfer liquid into a mixing bowl and slowly mix the arrowroot powder in with an electric mixer.
  • Pour diaper cream into containers.
  • Let refrigerate for 15- 20 minutes to help solidify the mixture. After it’s set, the diaper cream does not need to be refrigerated!

All Natural Homemade Baby Cloth Wipes

Water: Use filtered water or distilled water.

Aloe Vera Juice/Gel: Naturally Leaves your baby’s skin feeling soothed and fresh. Best to use aloe vera juice or gel.
Witch Hazel: Helps to heal & prevent diaper rashes.

Castile Soap: Very gentle on the skin.

Essential Oils: Such as chamomile, rosemary, tea tree, lavender or calendula instead of rosemary or chamomile. This mixture of oils are gentle on the skin and have wonderful healing properties.

Directions

2 cups filtered water or distilled
2 Tbsp aloe vera juice/gel
2 Tbsp witch hazel
2 tsp castile soap
6 drops chamomile or calendula essential oil
4 drops lavender or rosemary essential oil
4 drops tea tree essential oil
about 40 cloth wipes or a roll of paper towel cut in half

Mix everything together in a bowl. Pour the mixture over the wipes. Squeeze and let the wipes absorb the mixture. Squeeze until evenly damp

fold the cloth wipes and place them inside a container but do not seal the lid too tight. Best to let a little air get in to keep them fresh. All done!
